# Lucent Bio Adds New Members to Board of Directors

Lucent Bio has added new members to its Board of Directors as the company enters its next stage of growth.

The agronomic case for Soileos is established. The focus now is commercial: expanding the reach of Soileos through the retailers, distributors and agronomists who influence what goes on the acre.

The new Board members bring experience across agribusiness, crop nutrition, technology, fertilizer distribution and commercial strategy. Their backgrounds add perspective as Lucent Bio continues to move Soileos from field-proven technology into broader commercial adoption.

This expansion of the Board reflects where Lucent Bio is today. The company has spent years developing and validating Soileos in the field, with trials across crops and growing conditions demonstrating its potential to improve crop performance.  
The next phase is about scale—building the commercial relationships, distribution network and market presence needed to bring Soileos to more growers across North America.

The new Board members will contribute to that work as Lucent Bio continues to build the business around Soileos and expand its role in crop nutrition.
